If the dispatcher works for a percentage, during the off-season for trucks (winter, late autumn, early spring), earnings may be unstable;
Another big downside is stress. It is worth noting that this work is not suitable for people who are not stress-resistant, since it requires maximum dedication, concentration, calmness and composure.
